We
are seeking genuine people to finance and build
a large-scale Indie Rock Musical. Hello,
I'm Mark Howard, a composer and a life member of APRA
(Australian Performing Rights Association). Since 1998, I have
built a unique Indie-styled Rock Opera, addressing
all 'The Drama.' As an independent theatre producer,
skilled investors from around the world will be an integral part
in this enormous undertaking. The body of work is dedicated to the
First Woman & the environment of Mother Earth. Together,
considering a Theory of Change and a provocative story-line,
this is a musical for the colllective.

Prospectus on Offer
Our
production company has spent over $800,000 AUD to get to this
point. We have completed all the orchestral arrangements
alongside the Skutch Indie-styled songs. We have had airplay,
millions of downloads, and awards for the songs. Recently, we
re-recorded ten of the ballads from the show at Studios 301 in
Sydney (named The Jupiter Project) with the Hartle
strings, members of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, and great
vocalists like Brooke McClymont, Nigel Richards, Malcolm
Kerslake, and John Perry. The songs, synopsis, story, score, and
themes have all been finalized for trial production. The show
features much comedy, drama, and great music.
We
propose a budget of four million dollars. Here’s
how it breaks down:
$100.00
single share purchase: 40,000 crowd funding speculators will provide a total of $4,000,000 AUD.
$1,000,000
AUD will go to Jupiter Productions Pty Ltd to
recover costs and provide a license for the production.
$2,000,000
AUD will be placed in bank deposit and used for
production costs.
I would not want anyone to lose their money, the
theatre is a risky and critical business outside of mainstream
models. Selecting artists will be through APRA/AMCOS, our
non-for-profit Australian national organization.
I
