11:11:11
A derelict old hospital site in the Sydney's Blue Mountains is the example for a new Policy that considers balance sheet growth that could be used Nationally in 537 electorates. Policy for the NDIS, homelessness & the disadvantaged formed through an development thesis that 'shows how' to add value to this never ending problem. Social leaders & University students coming together to mentor a project in a fully funded sustainable community with haecceity as its core value. A new, Aged beginning for Elders who share life skills by passing skill & knowledge to a new generation. A presentation has been given to the Blue Mountains Council town planning in 2010.
So many assets lay Dormant Nationally, So many in need, creates a backdrop for some...
'Blue Sky' thinking the Chief Scientist has spoken of at the National Press Club; and by awakening the dormant part of the economy, the whole economy can grow further building Skills while repatriating assets into new business development. A faculty designed around a rotting historic Hospital that no one knows what to do with. One site delivering 400 low cost houses for people and a 1000 University under-graduates placements who learn on site from older skilled mentors & trades people. A science research & development program to build community collectively using balance sheet growth.
and at no cost to the Taxpayer or Government...
There are too many historic and grand land assets lying dormant in the town planners out trays that could add incredible value the economy, with students & elders rebuilding dormant sites. The Idea is courageous & uniquely Australian and is a vision for Students to get their hands dirty while building their future, working on site to verify their own unique studies on a real building site that designs and supplies products, services and local power on demand. A real development project with sustainable living as the core values.
A shared community development..
An Independent living thesis on how Elders can empower themselves in a leadership program. A Vision that ultimately could reclaim hundreds of other historic sites from our Town Planners 'too hard' baskets and also service the need for low cost housing. A non-for-profit administration system designed to prosper Science nationally & with Universities who partner the project for economic growth. The development of a trades university community could benefit seniors who want to be busy using their mind to grow their retirement portfolio, while enjoying living in their later years in a busy eco-friendly community that prospers, independently of the middle class.
A comprehensive plan to relieve the burden of taxpayers ...
University graduates could have the opportunity to add value to a prescriptive education model by co-ordinating real issues on site, planning and carrying out tasks supported by older skilled tradesmen, whilst also helping build local infrastructure as the population doubles over the next twenty years. The micro-community objective is to identify & repatriate significantly difficult sites with a productive and commercially viable partnership for the minority. We want students and locals to help us design & development new planning processes while seeing their administration skills, planning, design ideas and drawings in operation practically.
Our students HECS debt becomes a Super savings plan...
A initiative to grow employment so these future skilled workers understand the intimate details of construction & business income early in life. Over the next five years such faculties similar to this one could provide practical skills to many thousands of Students who could shape this Country's cutting edge designs of the future for the BCA (Building Codes Australia) in a free trade education system returning billions of dollars back to the taxpayer community.
We're lobbying to develop trade university communities in every council Nationwide by 2026...
A national objective that paves the way for practical onsite education in skill development and one that shows those who choose to be a part of this new strategy, how to make a productive income from day one in adding value to derelict assets that lay dormant around the Country, empowering Town Planning to grow locally for its constituent base.......
Australia 60,000 years of micro-diversity...
SKUTCH is a unique Policy for Aged Care, the NDIS, the homeless, domestic violence and for those unemployed in local infrastructure identified by Town Planning departments. A vision in Equilibrium economics may grow the existing economy greatly in prosperity:
'When a minority, the majority - work together, to benefit all'
Skill - Knowledge - University - Trades - Community - Haecceity
